Rosen Law Firm Evades Sanctions For Quick Cellceutix Suit
The Rosen Law Firm did not engage in "abusive litigation" when filing a shareholder suit that alleged Cellceutix Corp. had hyped two of its drugs to inflate stock prices, a New York federal judge ruled Wednesday, refusing to sanction the firm for soliciting investors just hours after a report attacked Cellceutix's business.

A proposed securities class action filed Friday in New York federal court accuses biotechnology company Cellceutix Corp. of fraudulently hyping two of its drugs to inflate stock prices, leading to a precipitous drop when an online report accused the company of being a shell corporation.
