Purina, Dog Owners Resolve Claims Over Beggin' Strips
Purina has resolved a proposed class action claiming the company tricked customers into thinking that Beggin' bacon-flavored dog treats contain more bacon than they actually do, according to a Tuesday filing in New York federal court.

Purina Can't Slip Low-Bacon Dog Treat Claims
A New York federal judge refused Thursday to dismiss a class action claiming that Purina fooled consumers by making them think that Beggin' bacon-flavored dog treats contained much more bacon than they do, saying it wasn't fair to conclude at this stage that no reasonable consumer would have been fooled.
