Volkswagen Hit With Class Actions Over EPA Violations
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's investigation into Volkswagen AG has spawned at least seven proposed class actions in California and Alabama federal court that accuse the automaker of defrauding consumers by selling them diesel cars outfitted with software meant to evade federal emissions standards.
