A Queens man who claimed the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission never served him with its suit accusing him and several others of running a $1.5 million foreign exchange trading fraud scheme had his entry of default thrown out by a New York federal judge on Monday.

CFTC Sues NY Firms Over $1.5M Forex Ponzi Scheme
