SL Green Realty Corp. said Wednesday that it has settled a $1.5 billion lawsuit filed by the owners of New York City's Grand Central Terminal over allegations the landlord lost the right to profit from air rights sales when the city rezoned the site of the developer's One Vanderbilt project.
