A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday handed Hyatt Hotels Corp. a win in a proposed class action brought by banquet servers who accused the hospitality giant of withholding overtime pay and failing to properly pay tips, ruling that Hyatt did not violate the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act.
