Square Dodges Bankruptcy Atty's 'Bad List' Suit
A California federal judge threw out a bankruptcy attorney's proposed class action against Square Inc. on Wednesday, saying since the attorney wasn't a Square customer, he can't sue over a contract prohibiting prostitutes, bookies, bankruptcy attorneys and others from using the mobile payment device.
