Insurer's Florida Ties Keep Law Firm's Junk Fax Suit Alive
US Health Group Inc. can't duck a Florida law firm's proposed class action lawsuit over alleged junk faxes even though it is based elsewhere, a Florida federal judge ruled Wednesday, because the health insurer's affiliate does do business in the state.

USHealth Facing Class Action Over Fax Ads Without Opt-Outs
An attorney and law firm on Monday filed a putative class action in Florida federal court against USHealth Group Inc. and one of its units for allegedly faxing advertisements without opt-out language, in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
