A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday dismissed an $8 million asbestos coverage lawsuit filed by a Travelers Insurance subsidiary against R&Q Reinsurance Co. on the grounds that a parallel lawsuit brought by R&Q in Illinois federal court was filed first.
