Beef between the Department of Justice and a Nebraska meatpacking company over its alleged discrimination against work-authorized noncitizens escalated on Tuesday with a complaint filed by the DOJ in Nebraska federal court claiming the company failed to pay a previously agreed to $200,000 civil penalty.
