Enviros Sue Forest Service Over Nestle Water Bottling
Nestle's contract for taking water out of a spring in California expired in 1988, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday by environmental advocacy groups who say the U.S. Forest Service has failed to stop the company from bottling millions of gallons there in the midst of the historic drought.
