NYC Strip Clubs Settle Overtime Suit With Bouncers
Three Manhattan gentlemen's clubs accused of routinely failing to pay overtime to their bouncers in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act have settled the suit with six employees, collectively paying $85,000, including $28,821 in attorneys' fees and expenses for the employees' legal counsel.
