RushCard To Pay $20.5M To End Users' Outage Suit
RushCard has reached a deal to reimburse all charges for thousands of customers who were allegedly shut out of their prepaid card accounts in October, paying up to $19 million for users' outside losses and $1.5 million in attorneys' fees, lawyers confirmed to Law360 on Tuesday.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on Friday said his agency was working to "get to the bottom" of the problems plaguing popular prepaid card product RushCard that have led thousands of customers to be shut out of their accounts for at least 10 days.
