Insurers Get Arbitration In $625M China MediaExpress Suit
Defunct ad company China MediaExpress Holdings Inc. must arbitrate all its claims in a $625 million dispute alleging that its insurers wrongly refused to indemnify it in securities-related litigation after a New York federal judge on Monday ruled that the parties have a valid arbitration agreement.

Defunct ad company China MediaExpress Holdings urged a New York federal judge Friday to reject a request by two liability insurers to turn their $625 million dispute over to a Hong Kong arbitrator, saying the suit doesn't fall under an arbitration clause.
