Saudi Arabia Asks 2nd Circ. To Ditch 9/11 Liability Suit
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia urged the Second Circuit on Wednesday to reject attempts to revive multidistrict litigation claims accusing it of conspiring with al Qaeda to carry out the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, saying there is no evidentiary support to get around foreign sovereign immunity.
