A trucking company scored a win Monday over claims that it didn't do enough to prevent three female drivers from facing rampant sexual harassment that ultimately forced them to quit, with an Iowa federal judge finding the company responded adequately to each claim.

An Iowa federal judge on Thursday certified two classes of female CRST Expedited Inc. drivers who alleged that the trucking company maintained discrimination practices that amounted to a hostile work environment and retaliation toward female drivers who reported sexual harassment, saying that there is a sufficient number of putative class members.
