Amerijet International Inc. on Monday withdrew its suit against the International Brotherhood of Teamsters over a nonvote on a pilots contract after the union notified the company of the completion of a vote.

Amerijet International Inc. filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Florida federal court alleging the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, which represents the Florida-based cargo airline's pilots, has violated its own constitution by refusing to accept a collective bargaining agreement most of the pilots favored in a recent vote.
