SavaSeniorCare LLC and several affiliates have agreed to pay more than $11 million to resolve lawsuits accusing the companies of billing Medicare and Medicaid for medically unnecessary rehabilitation services and "grossly substandard" nursing care, federal prosecutors announced on Friday.
