Jack Daniel's has reached a deal with rival whiskey giant Sazerac to end a November suit alleging the Tennessee distiller used a Google search advertising feature to divert customers seeking Sazerac's Fireball cinnamon-flavored booze to its own spiced liquor, according to a Tuesday court order.
