Edison Execs May Slip ERISA Class Action Over $3.3B Deal
A California federal judge Monday tentatively dismissed a putative Employee Retirement Income Security Act class action alleging Edison International Inc.'s CEO and its treasurer fraudulently boosted the utility's stock price and endangered a $3.3 billion settlement with regulators over a leaky nuclear reactor by concealing their negotiations with state officials.
