Jaguar Says Antitrust Claims Can't Stand In Auto Sale Row
Jaguar Land Rover's North American unit told a California federal judge Monday that a wholesale car dealer failed to follow court rules and is no longer entitled to bring antitrust claims over the company's policy allegedly restricting third-party dealers from selling or exporting vehicles within a year of purchase.
