A Washington federal judge on Friday granted an insurer's request to disqualify Lane Powell PC from representing Premera Blue Cross in a dispute over coverage of a massive data breach, on the grounds that the firm's earlier concurrent representation of the insurer's affiliate created a conflict of interest.
