Deutsche Telekom Accused Of 'Toll' At Internet Choke Points
Cogent Communications hit Deutsche Telekom with a contract breach lawsuit in Virginia federal court Tuesday for allegedly causing customer service disruptions by refusing to upgrade connection points between the two companies' Internet networks, with a Cogent executive calling the refusal a "toll" on Internet traffic.
