A federal judge on Wednesday tossed a New Jersey company's suit against a supplier for its public building projects and Cooper Levenson PA alleging Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act violations connected to the supplier's collection efforts, saying the suit didn't allege any actual crimes.
