Teva Pharmaceuticals has settled allegations that its planned generic version of lymphoma drug Istodax would infringe patents held by Celgene Corp. and Astellas Pharma Inc., according to a joint filing by the companies.

Teva Pharmaceuticals' plan to manufacture a generic version of a lymphoma drug would violate patents held by Celgene Corp. and Astellas Pharma Inc., the drugmakers alleged in Delaware federal court Thursday, a year and a half after suing Fresenius over the same patents.
