Flying Colours Inc. urged a New York federal judge Thursday to dismiss fraud allegations brought by insurance company First Financial over the purchase of a plane, with the Canadian aviation services company arguing it has no ties to the Empire State and that the insurer has no evidence to back its claims.

Bombardier Accused Of Selling Unusable Jet To Insurance Co.
A North Carolina-based insurance company slammed Bombardier Inc. and Flying Colours Corp. on Wednesday in New York federal court for allegedly conspiring to sell it a $21.8 million business jet that they falsely claimed could be modified and used to make international flights, when in fact it could not even legally fly domestically as a private plane.
