Vehicle customization company Moab Industries LLC on Wednesday agreed to end its trademark lawsuit against Fiat Chrysler in Arizona federal court, dismissing claims that the automaker sought to put the company out of business to obtain certain Moab trademarks.

FCA US LLC has been engaging in a campaign to drive vehicle customization company Moab Industries LLC out of business to appropriate its trademark or pressure it to drop its trademark infringement suit against Chrysler, Moab alleged Monday in Arizona federal court.
