Drivers Seek Green Light For $5.7M Deal In Insurance Suit
Motorists asked an Illinois federal court Monday to approve a deal for Sentry Insurance to pay $5.7 million, including about $1.9 million in attorneys' fees, to resolve class action claims the company failed to honor a promise to reward good drivers.
