Rail Scale Test Co. Requests TRO Against Former Employees
A Florida-based company that performs mobile testing and certification of railroad scales slapped two former employees and their company Friday with a request for an emergency halt to their operations, arguing in Texas federal court that they have stolen trade secrets and a trademarked name.
