Kentucky 'Drone Slayer' Sued In Aircraft Rights Case
A Kentucky man whose drone was shot down last summer by a homeowner who claimed his privacy was violated is suing that man in Kentucky federal court, saying he seeks to "clarify" what constitutes private property versus the rights of an aircraft in U.S. airspace.
