Jiffy Lube Employees Stiffed On Wages, Suit Says
A former Jiffy Lube assistant manager filed a proposed collective and class action suit against a franchise of the auto repair shop in Pennsylvania federal court on Thursday, saying that policies such as requiring workers to clock out while at work but not helping customers violate state and federal wage-and-hour laws.
