An Italian hair extensions company fought back Tuesday against arguments for arbitration from former shareholders whom the company is accusing of tarnishing its trademark and violating noncompete covenants in a €25 million ($27.8 million) agreement, and instead pushed for a court order to stop the defendants from engaging in the alleged behavior.
