A New York federal judge has denied a motion by homeopathic remedy maker Hyland's Inc. to dismiss a consumer class action accusing it of mislabeling "placebo" baby medicines, saying there are class certification and discovery issues that need to be sorted out before Hyland's objections are ripe.
