A contract drug manufacturer has reneged on its agreement with Antrim Pharmaceuticals LLC to supply a generic version of the antidepressant Lexapro by holding the medication "hostage" and demanding a larger share of the profits than agreed upon, according to a suit filed Tuesday in Illinois federal court.
