A Wisconsin-based insurance company being sued over $3 million stolen by a credit union employee told a Minnesota federal judge on Thursday that the National Credit Union Administration Board should be forced to turn over dozens of emails with lawyers about a policy rescission agreement after it argued that it didn't get the benefit of legal counsel.
