Shuttered Cheese Maker Pleads Guilty Over Listeria Scare
Roos Foods Inc. agreed in Delaware federal court on Friday to plead guilty to violating the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act by manufacturing and distributing various cheeses linked to a 2014 Listeria outbreak that led to the company's closure that year.
