Kodak Was Wrong To End Software Contract, Court Rules
A Boston federal judge on Friday found that Kodak Alaris Inc. improperly terminated a deal with a German company that supplied document-recognition software used in Kodak's products, and that Kodak subsequently breached their agreements by re-entering the same industry within two years.
