Zurich American Insurance Co. has filed suit in New Jersey federal court against Pacific Indemnity Co., saying that the insurer should foot the bill for a $6 million coverage claim stemming from a lawsuit over a coffee shipment that was ruined by flooding from Superstorm Sandy.
