Consumers in a proposed class action who allege they're at risk of developing a skin sensitivity after using Combe Inc.'s Just For Men hair products saw their complaint permanently dismissed Monday by a Missouri federal judge who concluded they hadn't asserted any actual theory of liability.

Combe Inc. doesn't properly warn consumers about burns and severe allergic reactions they could face from prolonged use of its Just For Men hair dye products, a proposed class of consumers told a Missouri federal court on Wednesday.
