The Match Group, owner of the Princeton Review, won its bid to dismiss the third shot by a proposed shareholder class to bring claims it downplayed the impact of an SAT revamp before its initial public offering, with a Texas federal judge finding Friday the allegations failed to show the company made materially false statements.
