Investment Firm Says Arent Fox Gave Bad Insurance Advice
Arent Fox LLP and a partner were hit Monday with a malpractice suit in New York federal court by Windsor Investments LLC, a Pennsylvania investment adviser claiming the firm flubbed insurance arbitration that hampered Windsor's ability to collect on other life insurance policies it's financed.
