Hip Hop Beverage Corp. on Sunday hit back at Monster Energy Co.'s move to toss Hip Hop's antitrust suit, saying the complaint filed in California federal court alleges valid antitrust concerns despite Monster's claim that it fails to show how Hip Hop has been harmed by Monster's sales practices at Army bases.
