A U.S. Air Force prime contractor is not contractually obligated to pay its subcontractor a higher rate of administrative cost reimbursement as alleged, a Virginia federal judge said Thursday in ending the subcontractor's bid for $2.67 million in purportedly shorted payments.

Fluor Federal Solutions LLC hit PAE Applied Technologies LLC with a breach of contract lawsuit on Tuesday in Virginia federal court, accusing PAE of artificially capping its administrative costs reimbursement under a U.S. Air Force subcontract, costing Fluor $2.67 million.
