Wells Fargo has asked a Florida federal judge to toss a lawsuit brought by the Seminole Tribe of Florida that accuses the bank and its predecessor of mismanaging a $1.4 billion trust for the benefit of tribal youths, saying federal law demands that the suit be dismissed.
