Disgruntled Rams fans urged a Missouri federal court Tuesday to rethink its decision to deny remand in one of several suits against the Los Angeles Rams over the franchise's move from St. Louis, arguing state jurisdiction is warranted because more than two-thirds of the proposed class members are Missouri citizens.
