    The federal government on Wednesday shot back at a notice from California's Blue Lake Rancheria Tribe claiming that Blue Lake Power LLC wasn’t compliant with the terms of a proposed consent decree in litigation over accusations the company violated the Clean Air Act at a biomass-fired electricity plant, saying the court should disregard the notice in its consideration of the proposed bid to enter the decree.
