TV Station Axed Deal Amid Rosier Spectrum Values, Suit Says
Novia Communications LLC urged an Ohio federal court Thursday to force a Toledo TV station's owners to sell the station to Novia, saying the owners backed out of a sales contract because an FCC spectrum auction report convinced them their station was worth more than the contract price.
