Uber Not Anti-Competitive In Philadelphia, Court Finds
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday threw out a lawsuit brought by the Philadelphia Taxi Association Inc. aimed at curtailing Uber Technologies Inc. in the city, finding that the group had not shown that the ride-hailing service was acting anti-competitively.
