An Iowa federal court on Tuesday affirmed a $1.5 million award a subcontractor won during arbitration launched by the Sac & Fox Tribe of the Mississippi in Iowa over construction deficiencies at a hotel built for a casino on the tribe's settlement.

A subcontractor that helped build a hotel at the Sac & Fox Tribe of the Mississippi In Iowa's casino asked a federal court on Thursday to cement a nearly $1.5 million award it won in during arbitration the tribe launched over construction deficiencies.
