A New York federal judge tossed a suit accusing Walmart of firing a longtime worker because of his cerebral palsy Wednesday, saying the worker couldn't rebut that the company had fair reasons for canning him.

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. was hit with a lawsuit in New York federal court on Thursday, saying that the retail giant failed to prevent a pattern of discrimination against a disabled employee who was mocked then fired when he couldn't comply with management's unreasonable demands.
